Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes full tracking and signature confirmation
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery to some Asian countries and remote areas may not be available. Please check at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We approach returns with the same care we use when selecting our premium Japanese fishing tackle. If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, our process is as smooth as a perfectly balanced rod.

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all original packaging and tags
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Fly tying materials (from our Fly menu)
  • Used terminal tackle (hooks, leaders from Feeders section)
  • Personalised or custom items

Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Securely: Use original packaging where possible, protecting items as we would for international shipping
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Nottingham address (return shipping at your expense unless item is faulty)
  5. Inspection: We’ll process your return within 3 business days of receipt

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  • Follow the standard returns process above
  • Specify your desired replacement item in your return request
  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is approved (additional shipping charges may apply)

Refund Information

Upon approval:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
  • Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Note: International bank transfers may take additional processing time depending on your financial institution.
